為避免航空運輸過程中可能出現的安全風險，切實維護航班運行和旅客（貨主）人身、財產安全，根據中國民航局最新安全警示，《民用航空危險品運輸管理規定》、國際民航組織《危險物品安全航空運輸技術細則》中關于禁止運輸由制造商查明的在安全方面存在缺陷的鋰電池的要求，國航及國航系成員公司從即日起限制運輸三星GALAXY NOTE 7手機。
旅客不得將三星GALAXY NOTE 7手機放入托運行李內運輸，也不得在機上使用或為其充電；同時，貨運部門也將暫不接收上述設備的運輸業務。

Safety Notice on the Transport of
Samsung Galaxy Note 7
Dear Passengers/Cargo Owners:
To avoid potential safety risks, ensure normal flight operations and protect the personal and property safety of all passengers/cargo owners, Air China and all the other members of Air China Group now suspend transport services of Samsung Galaxy Note 7, in accordance with recent safety recommendations by CAAC, Provisions of the Civil Aviation Administration of China on the Administration of Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air, and the Technical Instructions for the Safe Transport of Dangerous Goods by Air of International Civil Aviation Organization, which prohibits the transport of flawed lithium batteries identified by manufacturers.
Passengers are now banned from stowing Samsung Galaxy Note 7 in their checked-in luggage, using or charging these devices while onboard Air China flights. Cargo transport service of Samsung Galaxy Note 7 is now suspended as well.
